I realise others have akin problems but with the number of printers, each one is different!
So former time my printer closed effective.
I presume its another (infernal) keep post MS send off out like confetti! Every one causes a different problem.
Its attached to a USB Port and will print from Dress Up or Excel but not my browser or Notepad.
I’ve reinstalled my driver software but with no effect.
The guidance given on another link, just says find another driver … or if one isn’t there, what? Are MS exchange printers as well now?
I’d like MS to actually listen to and take account of their customers, who want to use their computers and not waste hours trying to keep them effective!!
