Why does my Computer clock keep resetting to Jan 1/1/2002?My organization is Windows 7 Professional upgraded from Windows Vista
Hi, My computer did its familiar scan for needed updates and as of this days (10:30 am EST), it’s not finding any important updates. As far as I know, they’re released the second tuesday of each month.
If it helps, I have Windows 7, 32-bit.
I’m not great at this equipment, so please try to keep the solutions clear-cut. 🙂
I get a request for activation code but it will not accept it. I receive an error code of 1017. Can I install Money evening on the new computer or do I have to do it on the old orderliness and then export to the new computer?

OK so heres the problem, basically, my power went out recently, and it thoroughly destroyed something in my computer. Worked on it for hours, just something in the registery got messed up when my computer rebooted and nothing I did would fix it. Apparently
im not only one that had encountered a problem such as this as i searched and ive seen others that have had their keyboards and mouses etc messed up after a power outage. My problem was unfortunately even after fixing the registery(Or at least as much as I
could see that was iniquitous) still nothing brought my computer back to say, so I had to basically reformat..
Anyway so where I am now. So now im back to windows 8, and im trying to modernize to windows 8.1 again, but it will not allow me to. Nothing I do seems to run, can’t go to the stow to get it either as it says its no longer available for download…
So.. What do I do guys?
I have several programs on my computer for malware and spyware. I got SuperAntispyware several years ago and since then I have changed to another one. But I am incapable to uninstall this program. First I got the pop up that I was not an administrator.
I fixed that problem. Now when I go to uninstall it gives me the message that it cannot complete it. I want it off my computer. It slows it down, and last day this company charged my credit card and I was incapable to get the charges taken off. The credit
card carrier said that since I had done business with them in the past, that they did not see it as a fraudulent charge. I called several numbers to SuperAntispyware. The first one was an invalid number. Then I got the number from the Credit card company.
That number directed me to call another number, which said that the number was not compelling. I tried again and got a person, but after several attempts at explaining that the charges were not compelling, I did not use the product and I actually seek to delete
it from my computer, they said that they would be happy to delete it if I would give them remote access to my computer. Foreign accent, the whole bit. At this point I realized this was probably not a good idea and I hung up. So please ANYONE, with windows
10, tell me how to get this crap off of my computer. BTW I paid the 59 dollars on the credit card and closed the account and told them to take their business elsewhere since they were not helping me. I’m not doing anything particular when it happens so I have no clue what could be the cause of my problem. My computer is a Lenovo ideapad Y700 with an intel core i7, an Nvidia graphic card, Windows 10, and the free rendering of AVG as the antivirus.
Pop up covered my screen telltale me my computer was at risk and to call an 800 number. It had microsoft markings on the page but I don’t believe microsoft sends a word that way. Would they?
I tried using Windows Media Player, but it only shows folders and videos, not the inserted movie (Warcraft movie). Any help? [Read more…] about Can’t play fresh movie CD on computer…
I was reading an email, and a message popped up about Microsoft. It assured that my computer has been infected by a illness with an error code 268D3. Also explained that if we do not call this number, 1-877-718-7178, that my computer would be blocked so that
it will not affect their organism. I called this number and they didn’t ask for m account info, they tried to get me to go to www.go2patch.com so that they may remote access my computer. I didn’t allow that to happen.
I was wondering if you have heard of this happening.

I leave my Windows 10 desktop PC running overnight. At Present is the 2nd morning in a row that I’ve woken it up to find this box indicative me to close some programs since it is running low on memory. The facts are, this PC has Windows 10 installed on an SDD to
make it run really fast and then everything else is on an HDD. I had help backdrop all of this up towards the end of my really long question at
Yesterday it had seek me to close Internet Explorer & Outlook along with Malwarebytes Pro which runs in the background beside Microsoft’s Windows Defender built-in anti-disease. I’d just assumed the past that the Malwarebytes people had sent out some new
malware definition or a program change that had caused problems for my PC since at the same point there was a box indicative me that Malwarebytes Pro had had a problem and seek to be stop trading down.
But at present it is there once again indicative me this same YOUR COMPUTER IS LOW ON MEMORY. CLOSE PROGRAMS detail but it only lists Internet Explorer.
Oh, and by the way, I’ve not closed IE which has 8 tabs that I’d left open and it is running fine. So doing nothing has once again made it happy.
Is this just being caused by some momentary glitch or hang-up in something and that I shouldn’t lose sleep about it since there’s nothing that I can do about it?
I had to make sure the Product key – the was doing well. On defining the language the following message was displayed:
