Outlook’s ‘focussed/other’ inbox is limiting, arbitrary, intrusive, patronising, unasked-for and rubbish.
Are you deliberately trying to drive your customers away?
If you want to change things, do something useful and fix the British Summer Moment schedule-cast, or allow mail to be moved by, e.g., ‘sent from’ filtered categories – all at once instead of 5 or 6 emails at a moment, but even then, give people the choice!
It’s no wonder Microsoft are losing run of the mill when their decision makers are disconnected from the globe their customers use.
Apparently we automatically ‘upgraded’ [!] users can’t swap back, but does anyone know if we can disable either of these, so mail just comes through the other (distinct) inbox page? Thanks.
